What is does this “free consultation” entail, and how is it going to help me?
Let’s start with the most obvious question:
Why am I giving away one-hour Learning Consultations?
It all stems from one of M.A.Curfman’s core values: “Give value first.”
I will sit down with you and ask questions about your vision and mission, as well as your issues and needs. I will listen to you. Then, I will give you solid, no-fluff advice based on 35 years of experience without any strings or expectations.
I do this not because you will see the value of my expertise and hire me, but because I truly want to advance your success. Put simply, I give away my best stuff so that you profit.
What do we do in the 60-minute Learning Consultation?
I ask a series of questions that are designed to have you identify multiple aspects of your organization. Some of those questions might include:
What are your dreams and aspirations?
What are your organizational vision, mission, and core values?
What has been working well?
What are issues that wake you up in the middle of the night?
What are the biggest changes your industry has seen?
What are the barriers to getting to where you want to be?
I will ask additional questions to drill down to the root causes of the problems.
I will then make specific, detailed, and practical recommendations to address the issues you have identified.
The one-hour session is followed up with a confidential report issued to you that details the recommendations with a suggested implementation timeline.
